Harriet O'Donnell

Harriet O’Donnell is a botanical artist who lives and works in Brisbane, Queensland. Her preferred medium is coloured pencil. After a long career as a medical professional , she attended a workshop hosted by American botanical artist, Wendy Hollender, at the National Tropical Gardens in Kauai, Hawaii. This experience offered her a new way of expressing her lifelong love of colour, pattern and plants. She subsequently attended a number of workshops hosted by Wendy and was honoured to be invited to participate in the NTBG Florilegium in 2023, 2024 and 2025. She has exhibited with the Botanical Art Society of Australia, the Botanical Artists Society of Queensland and the Queensland Wildlife Artists Society.
