Sooka recently completed the SBA Distance Learning Diploma Course and has finished with a distinction. Her final portfolio of three pieces has received the highest mark winning an achievement award from SBA.

She started botanical painting in 2015 and has been the biggest part of her life. She also has several group exhibitions with BASA and Korean Women's Art Society in Sydney.
